Production Process

Alumasa, Aluminios del Maestre, S.A., has a state of the art plant and advanced systems for the production of decorative aluminium products.

The production process begins by washing and treating the aluminium coils to be coated. Then paint is applied. Our coatings are no merely paint, but also protect aluminium from abrasion, corrosion, sunlight, water and other elements.

Alumasa is equipped with the following machinery: 1.300 mm-width coil coating equipment. 600 mm-width coil coating equipment. This machine produces small lots of coil. Starting from 300 Kg per colour. Longitudinal slitting machines. Transversal cutting machines. All this equipment allows us to deliver all kind of coils, starting from 33 mm width and also all kind of aluminium sheets formats.
